ROM image files are required for emulators but they are copyrighted and cannot be distributed freely. A good place to fetch ROM images is the emulators section of the Asimov repository.
Vinace needs internal ROM but also Disk II ROM if a Disk II Controller is plugged in. Here is a description of ROM files used by Vinace.
